One thing that sets me apart from others is my
understanding of effective communication and getting my point across.

Interview
the five people you know the best
a.
Matthew Roof – Matt
focused on my empathy and how much I care for others. He talked about how I
would be able to interact with other people positively because of how much I
think about what they’re going through.
b.
Conrad Ager- Conrad talked about my ability to
find unique things in different people. He thinks that I can work with almost
anyone because of this ability.
c.
Christian Wyatt- Christian talked about how
calculated and calm I am. He thinks that I am very level headed and that it
sets me apart from most people.
d.
Luke Vescovi – Luke
focused on my mental strength and ability to work hard. He is my roommate so he
talks about how he sees me wake up early for the gym every day and work hard in
my classes.
e.
John Gall – John
touched on my drive. He talks about how when I put my mind to something I see
it through no matter what the challenge is.
3.
Reflect
I
would say that the way I see myself and the way that my friends see me are very
similar. I think there are differences in how I asses myself versus how others
do because they aren’t biased toward me like I am,
so it is nice to have a different viewpoint. I think these differences are
caused by different perspectives and lack of bias. I think the interviewees are
correct about me as we had similar ideas. I wouldn’t
change my original list.

ReplyDeleteI think that you described yourself well! The attributes such as effective communication, empathy, and good social skills will definitely help to set you apart from others. I too included in my post for this assignment that I am good at hearing others out and letting everyone share their opinion. I think that it is a good way to avoid conflict because everyone gets a chance for their voice to be heard.
